The IT Help Desk at Uganda Christian University  (UCU) is dedicated to providing top-notch support and technical assistance to our staff and students utilising the Alpha Management Information System ( MIS system). Our team is here to ensure you have a seamless experience with the MIS platform, offering a range of services to address your needs.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We offer comprehensive support to all UCU staff and students using Alpha MIS. If you have a query or encounter a technical issue, we are here to help you.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

We provide training sessions for staff and students to help make the most out of Alpha MIS. Our training is designed to be practical and easy to follow.

ISSUE LOGGING AND TRACKING

We maintain a detailed log of all reported issues and the steps to resolve them, ensuring transparency and accountability in our support process.

RESPONSIVE SUPPORT

FOLLOW-UP AND RESOLUTION

We follow up on user queries by consulting with the MIS Admin to ensure that all issues are resolved effectively.
